Episode 4 ~ Remembering Who We Are: Living as Spirit in the Human Experience

Episode 4 Remembering Who We Are: Living as Spirit in the Human Experience What changes when we begin to remember that we are Spirit first, having a human experience? In this episode, Barry and Vicki explore what it means to remember who we truly are—and how that awareness can change the way we experience fear, change, intuition, purpose, manifestation, work, and the challenges of everyday life. They discuss why we can become trapped in old stories and patterns, why change can feel uncomfortable even when we want it, and how learning to distinguish intuition from fear can help us trust ourselves more deeply. They also explore living in the present, Divine timing, manifestation as partnership rather than control, and finding work and activities that bring genuine meaning and joy into our lives. Most importantly, the conversation turns from simply understanding ourselves to doing something with that understanding. Waiting is not the same as participating. Barry encourages taking small, consistent actions—even 20 minutes a day devoted to meditation, walking, journaling, learning, creating, or something else that nourishes you. Those small actions begin creating movement. Remembering who you are doesn't remove the human experience. It changes the place from which you live it.
